Booking terms
These are the everyday terms for booking a mobile appointment with JM Injury & Rehab Clinic. Booking online means you're happy with them.
Appointments and travel
Appointments are mobile — the clinic comes to your home, club or pitch within roughly a 45-minute drive of BS37. Travel within that area is included in the price shown. Please make sure there's a clear, private space of about 2m × 2m for the treatment couch, and safe access and parking. If the space isn't workable on arrival the session may need to be shortened or rearranged.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Every confirmation email contains a link to manage your appointment, so you can move or cancel it yourself at any time. Please give at least 24 hours' notice where you can — late changes leave a slot another client could have used. Repeated no-shows may mean future bookings need to be confirmed directly with the clinic.
If the clinic has to cancel
Occasionally an appointment may need to be moved because of illness, an emergency or conditions that make travel unsafe. You'll be contacted as soon as possible and offered the next suitable slot.
Payment
Payment is taken at the end of your appointment by card or bank transfer. Prices are as listed on the services section of this site and are confirmed in your booking email.
Your health and suitability
Please give accurate injury details and medical information when you book, and let the clinic know about anything that changes before your visit. Some conditions mean treatment isn't appropriate, or that you should see your GP or another healthcare professional first — if that's the case it will be explained to you and no charge is made for a session that can't safely go ahead. Treatment provided is sports therapy and rehabilitation; it does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care.
Consent
Hands-on treatment is only carried out with your consent, which you can withdraw at any point during a session. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent and to be present. You're welcome to have someone with you during any appointment.
Qualifications and insurance
Treatment is provided by a member of The Society of Sports Therapists, with professional insurance held through the Society.
