Myofascial Cupping Therapy & Massage
Static and dynamic cupping combined with hands-on massage to decompress tight fascia, improve circulation and restore healthy movement.
Who it's for
- Persistently tight or restricted areas that massage alone hasn't shifted
- Backs, shoulders, quads, calves and IT band tightness
- Recovery work between hard training blocks
What the session involves
Assessment of the area
A quick check of the restricted area and how it moves, so the cupping is targeted rather than routine.
Static and dynamic cupping
Cups are used both held in place and moved through range, combined with hands-on soft tissue work.
Aftercare
Cupping commonly leaves circular marks for a few days. These are normal, painless, and I'll explain what to expect before we start.
What to have ready
Kit that allows access to the area being treated, and a clear space for the couch.
Travel is included anywhere within roughly a 45-minute drive of BS37, covering Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol and the wider South Gloucestershire area.
